Okay so I remember seeing this movie a long long time ago, and I can’t remember what it was so could anybody help me out here?

So there are these two neighbors and it is Christmas so we all need Christmas lights! 😀 Anyway the plot of the movie is that there is this Christmas light competition and the two neighbors are trying to beat each other and then one of the neighbors lights blow out so they light a bunch of candles and the main character starts playing his trumpet and all and it was such a great movie

But could anybody tell me what it is called so could anybody help me out please? 😀

Oh yeah! It isn’t “Deck The Halls”, just making sure I get that out of the question ;D
