When can I start making an independent film?

Question by Dylan W: When can I start making an independent film?
I have really been thinking on making an independent film. I already have an idea for my movie and I started working on the script today. The only problem is that I’m only 14 going on 15. Should I wait until I graduate high school or college to make the film, or could I make it now. Oh, and what can I do until then?
