Such as moving clouds, people walking on street, etc. Just basic clips, that are free for home use??

I just saw something like this for $ 8.99 on ebay. It says there are 42 videos included. Since creating these things takes a lot of time and expensive software, I doubt you’ll find any free ones but, check out the ebay auction $ 8.99 isn’t bad for 42 videos.
