If you have a mac, garage band has an excellent cheap sound mix system.

You can also take a short music track from a music cd.

Post on Craigslist your need, and you’ll probably get more offers than you can choose from.

Contact a local arts college, or music department at a university, or post at the university your need. Student’s are good at sharing.

Limewire and other shareware sites.
