Where do people get scripts for televison shows?

Question by C: Where do people get scripts for televison shows?
I.e a girl on youtube has an audition tape for a show that hasn’t come out yet, where do people get scripts if they don’t have an agent? could it be from sending a headshot and resume to the casting director through alan baltes’s site?
