Who has an apple tv? Do you use it for home movies?

Question by Jen: Who has an apple tv? Do you use it for home movies?
I love making home movies of my kids and want a better way to access them rather than burning dozens of DVDs. Does anyone have an apple tv and use it to watch home movies? What do you think? Is it fast and easy to use? I want my 7 year old to be able to access movies and watch them when she wants.
What do you think about the other features?

I have one and it is extremely easy to use. My 4 year old sister uses it because I have almost every disney movie on it and she finds it incredibly easy. The remote control is basically arrows and enter so all you do is select the video and it plays. It also syncs easily with itunes. I use wireless. It was the best investment ever.
