Who would accept unsolicited scripts?

Question by : Who would accept unsolicited scripts?
I haven written two scripts and they look like they’re ready to go. Is there a way I can get a Film Production Company to look at them if I don’t have an agent?

Yeah you can, you just have to check with those individual film companies to see what the process is for turning in your work to whoever it is in control of overlooking that stuff; in most places it’s creative affairs.

Honestly though it will probably get thrown in the pile of hundreds to thousands of scripts that get turned in but never read. Having a agent doesn’t really help that much. Being part of the union, now that helps.

If you’re just starting out, it’s better just to start at the indie level, then either build a rep or get to know someone in the biz.
