Sometimes out of nowhere my computer clicks. You know that noise you hear when you click on something? That “click” noise? My computer makes that noise when I’m not even clicking on anything. Sometimes it does that when I’m watching a movie. I’ve had my laptop for over a month a now and ever since the first day I had it it made that noise.
I’ve done numerous virus scan checks.

Also, sometimes when I’m shutting down my computer it asks me if I should wait for the programs in the background to finish and then it shuts off. I don’t have any programs in the background.
What’s going on?
I opened up task manager and the only thing I have running is my web browser.

You have a few dozen programs running in the background. Open up Task Manager and look at what is running.
