Question by mackeoooo: Why does my face turn red when I give an oral report in my class? How can i stop from making my face turn red?
i noticed that when my friends go up there they look perfectly normal!!! and how do movie stars do it?!? i hate myself…. plz help. is there anyway to prevent my face from turning red? i dnt feel nervous, its just my body does it.

its anxiety.. practice just gets rid of it..id suggest becoming a class clown..
