I can’t understand why they were sued in the first place, fair use allows you to make 1 back up copy of anything legally. 321 studios was the first software that allowed you to copy DVD movies, it was even invented before DVD Shrink. Now their are about 100 DVD programs both free and being sold online and in stores, and their not being sued at all. I’m just carious, how come nobody else is being sued for the distribution of software that allows you to copy protected DVD’s?
